After an uncomfortable night following a frozen yogurt outing, Ashley Vedder, a devoted mom and passionate home cook, had a life-changing realization: it was nearly impossible to find a delicious dessert that was non-dairy, free of refined sugar, and something she felt good about giving her kids.

With that, Vedder’s Ice Cream was born.
